The channel is empty and so is the bench.
No episodes, no trailer, no teaser cut from footage of an airlock doing nothing. Nothing is fermenting either. Batch №33 came off the pineapple after 98D and went onto the garage floor to clear, and I have not started anything since. So the slate below is not four jars under a camera. It is four things already in the notebook that are worth an episode.

Four episodes, cut from batches already in the bottle.
One ferment per episode — or one split, where the same must was taken two ways. The plate above each title is that batch’s gravity curve, drawn only through readings I logged, and the curve is the plot: where it ran, where it sat still for two months, and in two cases where it went the wrong way.
One must, two jars, and fifty grams of oak
8KG of blueberries in 8.5L, from 1.090 down to 0.990 by day 21, reading 1.000 at bottling on day 95. The two halves share one curve because they were one ferment until the racking. Then №13.1 took about 50G of American oak, and №13.2 took 400G of frozen shop blueberries instead. Neither was sweetened. My note on the oak: the oak is very noticeable, it overpowers all the other flavours. My note on the other jar: better than the one with oak. The episode is whether that verdict survives another year in glass.
BATCH №13.1 vs №13.2 · 13.1%ABV · NO STRAIN LOGGED
Two banana wines that went backwards
Four jars of banana were pitched on one day in August 2022 and two of them never made alcohol. №2 went 1.010 → 1.020 in 14D: extra sugar added, real vinegar, or rather just not tasty, bone dry, just not nice. №4 went 1.064 → 1.090 on beer yeast, and the note says it plainly — the beer yeast could not take the alcohol concentration and that was the end of it. The other two limped in at 3.2%ABV and 2.9%ABV. A rising curve is the whole episode.
BATCH №2 + №4 · TERMINATED · NO ABV, NONE WAS MADE
Ninety-eight days on the fruit, unstrained
9KG of pineapple in 25L on biovin RC 212, started on Christmas Eve 2025 and left sitting on the fruit the whole way, never strained. 1.090 → 0.998 in 98D, and it came out bitter. The same note says the smell is very good so far, which is the honest position: it is on the garage floor clearing quickly, and I still do not know how to knock the sharpness down. The most recent batch on this site, and the episode has no ending yet.
BATCH №33 · BIOVIN RC 212 · 12.1%ABV
The same cider twice, and one bottle left dry
20KG of strawberries and 15L on Lalvin 71B, half the fruit in the primary and half added at the racking. 1.020 → 0.998 by day 27, then 67D of nothing at all before it read 1.000 on day 94. Five litres were pulled off as №14.1 with about 1KG of pineapple in it — unreal when it is sweet, proper strawberry jam — and one bottle of №14 was left fully dry as a control. Same ferment, two glasses, and the flat stretch in the middle is most of the film. №14.1 does not get a happy ending: it did not keep, and it was poured away. The ferment was clean; the drink was not.
BATCH №14 + №14.1 · LALVIN 71B · 2.9%ABV · №14.1 POURED AWAY
Every episode keeps the part where it goes wrong.
There is no host voice and no slow-motion pouring. A fermentation video is mostly a room where nothing visible is happening, so the honest way to film one is to put the instrument on screen and read out what it actually says.
The rules below are fixed. That is the only way an episode can be judged against the ones before it.
| RULE | WHAT IT MEANS ON SCREEN |
|---|---|
| ONE BATCH | One ferment per episode. Where a batch was split — №13.1 and №13.2, №14 and №14.1 — the split is the episode. |
| NUMBERS AS LOGGED | Only readings that exist in the diary. Two or three per batch, because that is how often I actually reached for the hydrometer. |
| NO TEMPERATURES | I never wrote them down, so they never go on screen. A number I did not take is not a number I will show. |
| FAILURES STAY | №2 and №4 get a whole episode, and between them they made no alcohol at all. |
| NO STUDIO | A garage floor cold enough to drop a wine clear, and a kitchen table. |
| LENGTH | 12–20MIN. Long enough for the boring days, short enough to finish. |
| LANGUAGE | English narration, Lithuanian subtitles on every episode. |
The curves on this page are logged, not modelled. Every point is a hydrometer reading out of the diary with the day it was taken, which is why the lines are angular: there are two or three points per batch and nothing is drawn between them. №2 and №4 render as terminated plates, and they will keep rendering that way.

That is the offer, stated plainly. Nothing arrives until episode 01 is cut, and when it does you will not have to come back here to find out.
